Our Gardens

Only a few years ago, the Walwyn Court gardens were no more than a farmyard. Cattle wandered around what is now the front lawn, and pigs lived in the barn.
Still, a long way to go, but the living gardens for the family, office, and visitors offer a relaxing atmosphere.

Spring in the Garden

The arrival of spring sunshine breaks forth with daffodils and early tulips.
Soon followed by cherry blossom and early pear.

Our Wild Flower Meadow

In 2019 we cleared an area to the west of the Elliots raised bed garden for wildflowers. The result is simply excellent.
From June through to October, different wildflowers attract a multitude of insects and birds.
Installed this a year a small seating area, to enjoy the beauty.

Where to relax

We have a selection of places to sit and relax. The barn and barn annexe both have sitting areas, whilst spread around the larger garden are a selection of other places to sit and while away the time.

Kitchen Garden

Though in its early stages our vegetable garden is growing year on year. Please do not hesitate to ask if you fancy any of the fresh vegetables which maybe ripe.

Around the Garden

The garden extends to over 3 acres made up of lawns, wildflowers, rose beds, raised herbaceous borders and rough grass areas.
